Verdict
The Refurbished HTC Thunderbolt ADR6400 offers a budget-friendly option for those needing basic smartphone functionality without expecting cutting-edge technology. Keep in mind that it's an older, locked model, which might not cater to those looking for up-to-date features and flexibility. This phone is best suited for light users or as a secondary device. If you need more modern capabilities, consider searching for newer models that provide updated features and broader compatibility.
