TLDR Review: Hisense 98" QD5 Series (2025) TV
Verdict
The Hisense 98" Class QD5 Series (98QD5QG, 2025 Model) is a powerhouse if you want an immersive, cinema-quality experience with gaming-friendly features like 144Hz refresh rate and FreeSync Premium. Its vast 98-inch QLED display combined with Dolby Vision and Atmos sets a high bar for visual and audio enjoyment—though you’ll likely want a soundbar to get the full audio impact. The weight and size mean installation isn’t a solo job, and a few users noted minor screen defects, so keep that in mind. If ease of setup or ultra-premium sound is a priority, consider complementary audio gear or pro installation help. Overall, this TV offers excellent bang for your buck in the giant-screen QLED category.
