TLDR Review: Greenworks 80V Cordless Edger
Verdict
If you want a powerful, reliable, and cordless edger that delivers clean, professional edges quickly, the Greenworks 80V 8" Brushless Cordless Edger is a strong contender—especially if you already own Greenworks batteries. It impresses with power comparable to gas models and a user-friendly design, but be ready for some extra weight and occasional blade wear if edging around concrete. For those concerned about battery compatibility or looking for less bending during use, keep in mind the slight modification needed to use Kobalt batteries or consider other ergonomic designs. Overall, this model offers impressive value for the performance it delivers.
