Verdict
The Garmin Striker Vivid 7cv offers fantastic value with an easy installation process and vibrant display, making it a top choice for beginners. However, if detailed mapping is crucial, you might want to explore other options that include additional features, like the ability to perform side and down scans, which some competing brands offer at a similar price. Doing thorough research and understanding its limitations, especially in mapping, will help ensure it meets your specific needs.
