TLDR Review: Fresh Step Lightweight Cat Litter
Verdict
The Fresh Step Light Weight Cat Litter Extreme With Febreze is appreciated for its excellent clumping ability and tolerable odor control, making it a contender for multi-cat households. However, the high dust levels and strong fragrance may pose respiratory issues for pets and humans alike. This litter may not align with expectations for dust-free applications, so consider alternative litters if these concerns are paramount. If lightweight convenience with solid clumping is a priority, this product could be worth a try with the caveat of potential respiratory irritation.
- Top pro:
- Excellent clumping ability; clumps remain solid and don't crumble when scooping.
- Top con:
- Despite claims of being lightweight, it feels heavier compared to other brands.
