TLDR Review: Fleischmann's Bread Machine Yeast
Verdict
Fleischmann's Bread Machine Yeast offers a quick and consistent rise, making it ideal for home bakers who want reliable results and convenience from a jarred format. However, it requires careful handling and may not perform as well as smaller packet yeast for some users. If you're looking for simplicity and more consistent rises, you might prefer sticking with yeast from individual packets or consider trying another brand like Red Star for potentially better outcomes.
