Verdict
EPIC® Grass Fed Rendered Beef Tallow Cooking Fat is a high-quality and versatile product praised for its effectiveness as both a cooking fat and a skin moisturizer. It's particularly noted for enhancing flavors in dishes while also improving skin texture significantly more than other expensive products. However, users should be mindful of its strong smell and smoke properties at certain temperatures. Although highly recommended for its taste and benefits, if you prefer a milder flavor or smoke-free cooking, an alternative like organic lard might be worth considering. Overall, it's an excellent addition to any kitchen for those focused on both culinary and skincare benefits.
