TLDR Review: EGO Power+ SNT2125AP Snow Blower
Verdict
The EGO Power+ SNT2125AP snow blower is a solid choice for efficiently clearing snow thanks to its powerful battery, ease of assembly, and auger-propelled mechanism which takes a lot of the hassle out of winter cleanup. Just keep in mind its weight and the potential challenges with very wet snow. If you're in an area with frequent heavy snowfall, consider this as a powerful yet manageable solution for most winter conditions.
- Top pro:
- Powerful 56-volt battery offers strong performance for clearing snow.
- Top con:
- Relatively heavy at 50 pounds, which might be challenging for some users to maneuver.
Score
The EGO Power+ SNT2125AP snow blower earns a low score primarily due to frequent design flaws and performance issues highlighted by users. While it excels in battery life and is lightweight, many customers report significant problems, including poor snow throwing distance, operational clogs, and durability concerns, especially regarding the scraper bar and auger. With limited reliability during heavy snowfall, its steep price may not align with the mixed performance feedback, leading to recommendations to consider alternatives.
