TLDR Review: EGO Power+ LM2142SP Lawn Mower
Verdict
The EGO Power+ LM2142SP 21-Inch cordless mower is a powerhouse in the electric mower category, offering impressive runtime, convenient battery system compatibility, and superior mowing results including excellent mulching. It's a particularly great choice if you want to ditch gas, reduce noise, and still tackle a half-acre or more efficiently with minimal effort. However, if you rely heavily on bagging, be prepared for occasional clogging and some manual work there. Also, if you're particular about maintenance, the lack of clear instructions and tools might be a minor pain point but nothing deal-breaking. Overall, this mower stands out for its power, reliability, and versatility in cordless lawn care.

- The self-propelled feature works smoothly with adjustable speed and ergonomic controls, making mowing less physically demanding, especially on hills and curves.
- Top con:
- The automatic bagging system is prone to frequent blockages, requiring manual intervention to push grass down or empty the bag more often than desired.

- •Overall highly reliable and efficient in performance, with many users considering it the best mower they've ever owned.
Cons
- •The automatic bagging system is prone to frequent blockages, requiring manual intervention to push grass down or empty the bag more often than desired.
- •The mower’s weight can leave wheel traces on softer grass, which might be less ideal for some lawns compared to lighter or gas models.
- •Instructions for maintenance tasks like blade removal and sharpening are not clear, and necessary tools are not included, which could make upkeep more challenging.
- •Although assembly is generally easy, the instruction manual lacks clarity in some areas.
