TLDR Review: DEWALT 5-Piece Hammer Bit Set
Verdict
The DEWALT DW5470 5-Piece Rock Carbide SDS Plus Hammer Bit Set is a reliable, high-quality choice for anyone needing durable bits for concrete, brick, and masonry—especially in smaller diameters and moderate depths. Its rock carbide tips and secure SDS Plus fit deliver strong performance, with most users praising its longevity and clean drilling results. Just be aware these bits are on the smaller side and the occasional manufacturing defect can occur, though DEWALT’s customer service handles replacements smoothly. If you need larger or longer bits, you might want to look at other sets designed for those needs.
