Verdict
The Dap 18425 Alex Fast Dry Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone offers easy application and flexibility with a quick dry time and paintable finish. It's effective for sealing and preventing moisture and drafts, though some users have raised concerns about its durability and curing. If persistent tackiness and unreliable drying times are a dealbreaker, you might want to explore alternative sealant products for critical areas.
