Verdict
The CRAFTSMAN V20* Cordless Chainsaw, 12-Inch, is a lightweight and user-friendly option perfect for homeowners needing to manage small to medium tasks around the yard. It's particularly suited for those transitioning from gas chainsaws, offering quiet operation and ease of use. However, it may not be the best choice for handling larger, tougher tasks and requires vigilance with oil consumption. The battery life can be unpredictable, particularly for heavier tasks, so extra batteries might be necessary for extended use. Overall, this chainsaw offers solid value for its price, especially for less demanding tasks, and is a reliable investment for non-professional users.
