TLDR Review: Cracker Barrel Buttermilk Pancake Mix
Verdict
The Cracker Barrel Buttermilk Baking & Pancake Mix makes consistently fluffy and golden pancakes and waffles, especially when paired with a few extra ingredients like blueberries. While praised as an exceptional waffle mix, it falls short in replicating authentic Cracker Barrel restaurant-quality pancakes, leaving some users disappointed with the flavor. This product is ideal for those looking for a versatile mix suitable for various recipes, but not for those specifically seeking the iconic Cracker Barrel pancake taste. If restaurant-quality flavor is crucial, you might want to try alternative pancake mixes.
