TLDR Review: CookRite ATFS-40 Deep Fryer
Verdict
The CookRite ATFS-40 is a solid choice for commercial kitchens or food trucks needing a powerful, durable, and easy-to-use deep fryer. Its high BTU capacity and stainless steel build make it a reliable workhorse for heavy-duty frying. However, potential buyers should be aware of some issues with caster quality and pilot light reliability over time. If you're seeking a more certified or maintenance-free option, you might consider something like <component-button-product identifierProduct="12345-67890"> for a different model with guaranteed NSF certification and better long-term durability.
