Pros

•Highly effective in retaining heat during winter weather, even down to 0°F.
•Minimal impact on the electric bill, only $1$20 increase in the first full month of use.
•EnergySense cover and additional pump cover enhance insulation.
•Provides a relaxing experience perfect for stargazing and backyard leisure.
•Operates well in various weather scenarios, with snow melting off the cover before concrete.
•Inflatable design is robust and worth the investment for backyard leisure.
•Adds value for firsime hot tub owners and is easy to maintain.

Cons

•Consistent deflation after setup, suggesting a quality issue.
•Concerns about potential punctures affecting durability.
•Warranty for the liner lasts only six months, insufficient for winter conditions.
•Difficulty finding replacement liners as they are often out of stock.
•Frequent reinflation needed is inconvenient and frustrating.
•Customer service is reportedly difficult to reach and unhelpful.
•Product frequently described as smaller than advertised.
•Negative experiences with Walmart and Bestway support teams.

Bottom Line

The Bestway Coleman Hawaii AirJet Hot Tub offers impressive heat retention and a relaxing experience, particularly appealing for winter use. However, buyers should be cautious of reported deflation issues and challenges with customer service. While it's an economical choice for those looking for an entry-level model, persistent quality and support problems may warrant exploring other options.
