Verdict
Charmin Ultra Soft Bathroom Tissue is praised for its softness, safety, and long-standing brand loyalty. Be aware of these concerns if you are sensitive to price changes and product updates. Although this tissue is a great option for those with sensitive skin, the tearing experience and product transparency could be a deal-breaker.
