Pretty solid specs. The majority of uses for this type of machine won't need more than 16gb of ram and the battery life, I/O, and screen are all reportedly good. Here's a review with almost the exact specs other than the review unit having more ram and a larger ssd. The 256v vs 258v nomenclature on the processor seems to only denote 16/32 ram, but there are no other differences I can see.
