TLDR Review: CAP Barbell Weighted Vest
Verdict
The CAP Barbell Adjustable Weighted Vest packs a lot of value for its budget-friendly price, offering customizable weight options and a comfortable, stable fit ideal for walking, running, and bodyweight training. However, if you're sensitive about shoulder comfort or want a sturdier, less fragile weight system, you might want to consider a higher-end vest with padded shoulders and reinforced weight enclosures to avoid the common sandbag and stitching issues here. Overall, this vest is a solid pick for those willing to handle the weights with care and prioritize affordability and adjustability over luxury features.
- Top pro:
- Adjustable weight capacity up to 50 lbs allows you to customize resistance based on your workout or rehab needs.
- Top con:
- Plastic sandbag weights require delicate handling to avoid rupturing, which seems to be a common complaint among users.
