TLDR Review: Canon EOS R5 Mark II
Verdict
The Canon EOS R5 Mark II Body is a flagship mirrorless camera designed for serious photographers and videographers who demand cutting-edge autofocus, exceptional image quality, and versatile video capabilities all wrapped in a familiar Canon ecosystem. Its compatibility with older lenses and batteries is a thoughtful touch, though to unlock its full potential, newer accessories may be needed. If you’re looking for the absolute best in speed, focus, and detail—and willing to invest accordingly—this camera is a stellar choice. For those seeking a slightly more budget-conscious or less feature-dense option, exploring earlier Canon R-series models or competitors might make sense.
