TLDR Review: Breyers CarbSmart Vanilla
Verdict
Breyers CarbSmart Frozen Dairy Dessert is loved for its tasty, creamy texture and is a good choice for those on a low-carb diet. However, it poses challenges for strict keto followers due to increased carbohydrates and reduced fiber. Concerns about artificial sweeteners, GMO ingredients, and inconsistent portion sizes are points to consider before purchasing. If natural ingredients are important, you might want to explore other options.
