TLDR Review: Boudreaux's Butt Paste
Verdict
Boudreaux's Butt Paste is a top performer in the diaper rash cream category, consistently delivering impressive results that clear even severe rashes within hours. With a 40% zinc oxide formula that's gentle enough for sensitive skin, it works both as a treatment and preventative—though you'll need to use it consistently for best results. The thick texture does require careful application and overuse can cause irritation, but the potency means a little truly goes a long way at $8.49 per tube. If you're dealing with stubborn diaper rash and want proven speed and effectiveness, this cream is worth adding to your nursery essentials.
