Verdict
While Blue Buffalo Wilderness Adult Indoor Dry Cat Food is generally effective in alleviating digestive issues, controlling weight, and eliminating hairballs, there are notable concerns about recent quality inconsistencies. The food remains a strong option for those seeking a grain-free, natural diet that rivals prescription offerings, though caution is advised due to potential batch variability. If the inconsistency persists, trying a different flavor or formula could be beneficial.
