Verdict
The Black + Decker BPACT12WT Portable Air Conditioner is effective at cooling and convenient for temporary setups or moves, making it a practical choice for those wanting durability and ease of use. However, potential buyers should be mindful of the extreme noise levels and any potential issues with faulty components and warranty delays. If noise is a concern, it might be worth exploring quieter alternatives or investigating repair options.
