Verdict
The BISSELL JetScrub Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner, while operating with strong suction and boasting versatile cleaning modes, is hindered by inconvenient design and limited reliability, particularly on pet-related odors and stains. Frequent tank emptying and ergonomic mishaps might frustrate pet owners or those dealing with stubborn grime. Consider assessing whether the reliability concerns and ergonomic flaws align with your tolerance and specific cleaning needs before committing.
