Score
The BISSELL® CrossWave® HydroSteam™ Wet Dry Vac receives a moderate score due to its impressive cleaning capabilities for hard floors and pet messes, earning praise for its versatility and effective steam function. However, users frequently criticize its noise level, frequent need for water tank refills, and maintenance requirements, which can detract from its overall convenience for busy households.
