TLDR Review: BISSELL CleanView 3197 Vacuum
Verdict
The BISSELL CleanView Swivel Rewind Pet Reach - 3197 is a powerhouse for pet owners, particularly those dealing with heavy shedders. While it shines in suction power and versatility on various surfaces, the absence of a built-in light and limited hose length could be minor drawbacks for some users. If you're seeking reliable pet hair removal and don't mind the potential need for an extension cord in larger areas, this vacuum is likely an excellent choice.
