TLDR Review: Bic Mini Lcj199
Verdict
This product might suit those who prioritize convenience over packaging or are comfortable purchasing loose lighters. However, if you're looking for a neatly packaged, brand-new set, this might not meet your expectations. We recommend considering a standard, packaged three-pack for more transparency and value, or check out options that clearly specify packaged sets to avoid surprises.
- Top pro:
- The lighters are functional and appear unused, with sufficient liquid levels in two of them.
- Top con:
- The product was received as three loose, unboxed lighters instead of the advertised packaged three-pack, which may be misleading.
Pros
- •The lighters are functional and appear unused, with sufficient liquid levels in two of them.
- •Brand reputation (Bic) suggests decent reliability and quality for everyday use.
- •Buying a three-pack offers some convenience since you have backup lighters ready.
- •The price for three loose lighters is comparable to other retailers' packaged sets, so no significant upcharge.
Cons
- •The product was received as three loose, unboxed lighters instead of the advertised packaged three-pack, which may be misleading.
- •The packaging method makes it unclear if these are new or previously used, which could concern some buyers.
- •The seller likely took lighters from a larger pack rather than selling a standard three-pack, suggesting less transparency.
- •Price-wise, paying a similar amount as for a boxed set doesn't feel right considering the packaging.
- •The lack of clear information about the packaging might lead to customer disappointment or second-guessing the purchase.
