Verdict
The Bell Minnie Toddler Bike Helmet is adorable and generally well-suited for toddlers, with a design that encourages kids to wear it. However, pay attention to the fit, as it may run small, especially for children with larger heads. Consider trying it on in-store before purchasing or order a size up, if available. Despite some challenges with the strap and fitting, it remains a beloved choice due to its engaging design and reliable safety features.
