Verdict
The Attend Protective Underwear Bariatric Extra XXL provides great comfort and coverage, making it a preferred choice for those with incontinence issues. While the fit and usability stand out, recent declines in quality, particularly around the crotch area, are significant concerns. It's a strong contender for anyone needing bariatric sizes, but keep an eye on quality consistency with newer purchases.
