TLDR Review: Arlo Pro 2 Add-on Camera
Verdict
The Arlo Pro 2 Add-on Camera (VMC4030P-100NAS) shines as a highly capable, easy-to-install wireless security camera with impressive app functionality and a solid cloud storage plan, making it ideal for expanding Arlo Pro base station setups. However, if you want a more discreet camera color or need an all-in-one outdoor mount, you’ll have to invest a bit more. Also, consider your regional power requirements carefully to avoid compatibility issues. If connectivity reliability or sharper low-light footage is a priority, keep an eye out for newer models or complementary cameras that might address those areas better. Overall, this is a strong choice for DIY home security enthusiasts looking for flexible and expandable coverage.
