TLDR Review: Always Discreet Incontinence Underwear, Small/Medium
Verdict
If comfort, discreetness, and maximum absorbency are your priorities, Always Discreet Incontinence Underwear in Small/Medium is a solid choice for incontinence or heavy flow protection. However, be mindful of sizing limitations and possible stickiness due to material in humid conditions. For those needing more roomy fits or dealing with larger postpartum bodies, exploring products with extended sizing or different fabric blends might be worthwhile before committing.
- Top pro:
- The underwear is very comfortable and soft, feeling much like real underwear rather than bulky pads.
- Top con:
- Sizing tends to run small, causing a snug fit even in labeled sizes like Extra Large, which may not be comfortable for all body shapes, especially larger or postpartum users with bigger stomachs.
Pros
- •The underwear is very comfortable and soft, feeling much like real underwear rather than bulky pads.
- •Flexible, stretchy material with a stretchy waist fit accommodates postpartum bellies nicely.
- •Maximum absorbency works well by absorbing fluids quickly and providing reliable protection for up to 12 hours.
- •Designed specifically for incontinence and postpartum use, giving confidence and security during heavy flow or leaks.
- •Tight leg holes help prevent leaks and provide a snug fit.
- •Suitable for sizes 2-14, covering a broad range of body types.
- •Disposable design offers convenience without needing to worry about washing or maintenance.
Cons
- •Sizing tends to run small, causing a snug fit even in labeled sizes like Extra Large, which may not be comfortable for all body shapes, especially larger or postpartum users with bigger stomachs.
- •The flexible material can sometimes stick to the skin, especially in humid conditions, which might be uncomfortable or create a sweaty feeling.
- •While effective for incontinence and period use, the product line could benefit from more size options to better accommodate diverse body shapes and provide a less restrictive fit.
