🗑️ How to Delete Your ShopSavvy Account

Permanent deletion of your account and associated data.

You can delete your ShopSavvy account and all associated data at any time. The path depends on which app you use.

On ShopSavvy Desktop (Mac, Windows, Linux)

  1. Open ShopSavvy Desktop.
  2. Click Settings (the gear icon).
  3. Scroll to the Account section.
  4. Click Delete Account.
  5. Re-enter your email to confirm. The deletion is permanent.

On the Mobile App (iOS and Android)

The mobile app does not have a built-in delete button yet. To delete your account:

  1. Email support@shopsavvy.com from the address associated with your account.
  2. Put "Delete my account" in the subject line.
  3. We confirm and process the deletion within a few business days.

What Gets Deleted

Your profile, watched items, posted and voted deals, shopping history, and any personal information we stored. This cannot be undone.

About Your Subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play — you cancel those in your device's subscription settings. ShopSavvy Desktop subscriptions are canceled automatically when the account is deleted.
