🗓️ How to Cancel a Data API or ShopSavvy for Business Plan
Both cancel self-serve. Here is what happens to your trial, your period and your data.

Data API
- Open Billing in the developer dashboard.
- Choose Cancel Trial (during the trial) or Cancel Subscription, and confirm.
- During the 14-day Starter trial, cancelling means you are never charged.
- On a paid plan, the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- If a payment has failed, cancelling ends the plan now and stops further charge attempts.
ShopSavvy for Business
Open Business Settings and choose Manage billing next to your plan to reach the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel or change your plan.
