The Sportsroyals Stair Stepper is pretty quiet, which is a bonus if you're planning to use it at home without turning your place into a gym sound booth. Our research shows that a lot of folks find its noise level quite low, thanks to the hydraulic drive system. So if you're looking for a calm workout environment, this stepper has you covered.
That said, the noise can slightly vary based on your flooring and how you move on it. If you're super sensitive to sound, putting a workout mat underneath can help keep things extra smooth and quiet.
There's not much to adjust in terms of resistance, which some have pointed out could be a downside. The stepper's resistance is on the stiffer side and isn't adjustable, so if you were hoping to tweak that, you might want to look into other options.
But if a fixed resistance isn't a dealbreaker for you and you value a peaceful workout session, the Sportsroyals Stair Stepper seems like a sturdy, reliable choice for home exercise.
