The Sportsroyals Stair Stepper doesn't have adjustable resistance settings. From what we've found, it comes with a fixed resistance level that you sort of get used to over time. Some folks have mentioned that the resistance feels quite strong at first, but it gets easier as you keep using it.
However, if you’re just starting out or have knee issues, this fixed resistance might feel a bit like wading through mud, which can be tough. Unfortunately, you can’t tweak the resistance, so it might not be ideal for everyone, especially if you're looking for different resistance levels to switch up your workouts.
On a positive note, the stepper does provide a solid cardio workout. It comes with resistance bands that let you work on your arms, chest, and back, offering a more well-rounded workout.
Plus, its twisting motion is great for the thighs and buttocks. A lot of people appreciate its sturdy build and compact design, making it perfect for small spaces like apartments or home offices.
And it's quiet, so you can easily listen to music or watch TV while exercising. If you’re looking for something straightforward to keep up with your fitness routine at home, this stepper could be a good fit.
But if adjustable resistance is a must for you, especially to vary the intensity of your workouts, you might need to check out other options.
