The OXO Brew 9-Cup Coffee Maker brews coffee at a temperature range of 197.6°F to 204.8°F (92°C to 96°C), according to the manufacturer's description. This range is considered optimal for extracting the best flavors from your coffee grounds.
The coffee maker is also SCAA certified, meaning it meets specific standards for quality and performance. Our research indicates that while it does brew at the correct temperature, the thermal carafe might not keep your coffee hot as long as you might expect—especially if you add milk.
All in all, if temperature control is high on your list, this coffee maker does a solid job.
