Ewedoos Yoga Blocks are made from high-density EVA foam. This type of foam is both sturdy and lightweight, making it great for a variety of yoga poses. According to our research, EVA foam is durable and provides strong support without being too bulky, so you can easily carry these blocks from home to class.
They're a bit smaller compared to some other brands, with dimensions of 6 inches by 9 inches by 3 inches. Some folks notice the size difference, but overall, people find them to be a good fit, especially if you have smaller hands. Even though they're a bit narrower, they're still solid and work well with most yoga gear.
People also like the slip-resistant surface and the soft beveled edges, which make the blocks comfortable and stable during practice. If you're after a dependable and portable yoga block, these seem like a solid choice.
But if you prefer blocks that are more like what you'd find in professional studios, you might want to look for larger sizes.
Still, most folks seem pretty happy with the Ewedoos Yoga Blocks.
