So, about the SereneLife sauna's heat-up time—it's not exactly a one-size-fits-all answer. According to the manufacturer, it can reach up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. But based on our findings, it seems to vary a bit in practice.
A bunch of folks mentioned in our research that it can take around 30 minutes to get fully warmed up. And quite often, it hits temperatures between 125 and 135 degrees Fahrenheit, which might fall a tad short of that 140-degree promise.
But don't worry too much—these temps are still pretty common in infrared saunas and should still offer the benefits like better circulation and muscle relaxation.
Also, a heads-up about the heating foot pad: some have noticed it can get really hot, which might cause the heat inside the sauna to feel a little uneven. It might take a bit of tweaking with your setup to figure out the sweet spot for you in terms of heat distribution.
Overall, portable saunas like the SereneLife tend to have some fluctuation in temperature. But if you're aware of this and consider your personal preferences for heat, it could still be a neat addition to your home for some relaxing sauna time.
Plus, many folks love how easy it is to set up and how portable it is—so keep those factors in mind if you're deciding whether it's the right fit for you.
