So, about the chair that comes with the SereneLife Portable Infrared Sauna—people have mixed feelings about it. From what we found, the chair is foldable, which makes sense given the sauna's portable design. It fits well inside the sauna, but comfort-wise, there are a few things to keep in mind.
The manufacturer designed the chair to be practical and easy to store, which affects how comfy it is. Some people mentioned that the chair does its job but isn't super cushy or luxurious. It should be alright for short sessions, but if you're planning on using the sauna a lot, you might want something with more support or ergonomic features.
A lot of folks also think the chair could use more padding for those long sauna stints. Its overall build is pretty basic, aligning with the sauna's portable concept. It works, but if you're after a super comfy sit, you might need to add your own extra padding or find another chair that fits inside.
If you're on the taller or larger side, be aware that you might feel a bit cramped—something some people have pointed out. Checking the chair's dimensions before buying is a good idea to make sure it suits your comfort needs.
In short, while the included chair is functional and portable, it might not tick all the boxes for comfort. Consider your personal seating preferences—maybe experiment with different arrangements or extra padding to make your sauna time as relaxing as possible.
