The Disguise Toothless Deluxe How to Train Your Dragon Child Costume seems to be a hit with little fans of the series. Based on our research, if you're looking at the size S (4-6), it generally fits kids in that size range pretty accurately. The manufacturer suggests it's best for children around 43 to 49.5 inches tall and weighing between 36 to 47 pounds, and it fits like typical size six clothing.
The stretchiness is also a nice touch since it allows room for those extra layers if it's chilly out.
When it comes to durability, there are mixed feelings. The main part of the costume appears sturdy enough, but the mask has had some folks talking. It's made of thin plastic, so be gentle with it—it might not stand up to rough play. However, the costume's charm isn't totally lost; kids really enjoy the dragon skin texture and detachable wings.
Even with some quality hiccups, it seems like kids have a blast in this costume, loving how much it looks like Toothless. If you decide to go for it, just keep in mind you might need to give it a little extra care, particularly the mask. Still, many folks have shared their kids’ excitement and enjoyment while wearing it. It’s comfy and cute, perfect for themed parties or Halloween.
In a nutshell, the costume might need some gentle handling to keep it in good shape, but its fun and comfy design makes it a big hit with the kids, especially those who adore 'How to Train Your Dragon.' It's definitely worth considering if you want something fun and eye-catching for your child.
