Yep, the Aokeo 1-Channel 48V Phantom Power Supply is made to work with condenser microphones.

Just like the manufacturer's product title mentions, it comes with an XLR 3 Pin microphone cable, which is handy for connecting your condenser mic to other recording gear. But keep in mind, while this cable is great for standard connections, it won't let you plug your mic straight into a computer.

Based on our research, this power supply successfully provides the 48 volts that condenser mics need to work properly. That's crucial since these mics usually require external power to perform their best. The XLR cable included is good for linking your mic to audio equipment like mixers or dedicated audio interfaces.

However, if you're aiming to connect your condenser mic directly to a computer, you'll need something extra, like an audio interface with XLR inputs. These interfaces act as a go-between, often offering USB connectivity to your computer, making the recording setup easier.

It's also worth mentioning that the Aokeo power supply doesn't come with an XLR-to-USB adapter. The XLR cable is meant for connecting the mic to things like mixers or preamps, not for direct computer hookups. So, if you're planning on connecting directly to your computer, make sure you've got the right additional equipment ready.

In short, the Aokeo phantom power supply is a solid choice if you're setting up a recording space with a condenser mic. Just be aware of what extra gear you might need for your specific setup to make sure everything works smoothly.
