The Aelfox Leather-Gel Keyboard Wrist Rest has a non-slip rubber base, which, according to the manufacturer, is meant to keep it steady on your desk. It's designed to offer stable support for your wrists by reducing any unwanted movement while typing.

From what we've found, how well it stays put can vary. Many people say it sticks nicely, thanks to the grippy base. But, there are also some folks who've noticed it slides a bit, depending on their desk surface.

If your desk is smooth, like glass, the wrist rest tends to stay in place better. On the other hand, a rougher or uneven surface might cause it to move around more. One instance noted some slipping because the base didn't fully contact the desk.

In terms of comfort, this wrist rest gets a thumbs up for its cushy feel, especially during long typing sessions. However, if your desk isn't perfectly smooth, it's worth considering.

While it generally helps with typing comfort and reducing wrist strain, how well it stays put might depend on your desk texture.

So, if having a wrist rest that doesn't move is super important for you, you might want to check out your desk's surface before deciding if this one fits the bill.
