Why this score?
The Vornado Transom Window Fan receives a moderate score primarily due to its efficient airflow and quiet operation, which many users appreciate for nighttime cooling. However, it faces criticism regarding its installation complexity, inconsistent remote functionality, and lack of effective sealing when powered off, leading to unwanted airflow issues. Overall, while it offers solid performance, the price point may not justify its shortcomings compared to simpler alternatives.
