Bottom Line
The RSP TrueFit protein shake is a tasty and versatile option that offers substantial nutrition beyond just whey protein, ideal for those maintaining a keto diet. However, recent formula changes, particularly the addition of GMO corn, and a high price tag have disappointed previous loyal customers. If you're concerned about these factors, you may want to explore other protein supplements or consider buying individual components for a customized blend.
