Why this score?
The All-new Ring Alarm 8-piece kit (2nd Gen) earns its high score due to its user-friendly installation, effective performance, and solid integration with smart home devices, along with an affordable monitoring plan option. However, it faces some criticism for reliability issues, particularly with sensor connectivity and customer support responsiveness. Overall, it represents a good value for basic home security needs, particularly for budget-conscious consumers.
