•Attractive white metal exterior design PLUS it's Hollywoopproved, having made a cameo in a Netflix flick starring Ethan Hawke and Julia Roberts. Talk about a celebrity endorsement!
•Brews a great tasting cup of coffee that doesn't taste like it was scraped off the bottom of a diner's shoe.
•Easy to use, because let's face it, nobody wants to solve a Rubik's cube before their first cup of joe.
•100% satisfaction with the product, or so they say. I mean, when was the last time you met anything at 100%, except your phone's battery charge (once in a blue moon)?

Cons

•Does not brew coffee hot enough for some, likely because it's too busy being pretty.
•An adjustable brewing temperature feature is desired, because not everyone likes their coffee lukewarm.
•Plastic parts seem flimsier compared to older models ah, the good old days when things were built to last longer than your interest in them.
•The carafe has an awkward handle design that seems to have been designed by someone who clearly never handled hot beverages before.
