🚩 How to Report Incorrect Pricing
Flag a price that looks wrong so we can fix it.
If you see a price in ShopSavvy that does not match the actual retailer price, you can report it.
How to Report
- On the product page, find the price that looks wrong.
- Tap Report Issue (usually near the bottom of the price comparison or in the menu).
- Describe the problem: what the price shows vs. what it should be, or which retailer is incorrect.
- Submit. Our team reviews reports and corrects pricing data.
Tips
- Price mismatches can happen when retailers change prices faster than our system updates. Most resolve within hours.
- Reporting helps improve pricing accuracy for everyone.
