👁️ How to Watch a Product for Price Changes
Track any product and see every price change across thousands of stores.
Watching a product means ShopSavvy keeps checking prices for you, even when the app is closed. Any time the price changes at any store, you will know about it.
How to Watch
- Look up a product by scanning its barcode, searching by name, or sharing a link to ShopSavvy.
- Tap the blue Watch button at the top of the product screen.
- Choose your settings (or leave the defaults) and tap Watch.
Your Watch List
All your watched products are in the Watching tab (fourth tab at the bottom of the screen). You can see all your watched products in one place, sort by recently changed or recently added, and organize products into folders.
What Happens When a Price Changes
When ShopSavvy detects a price change on a product you are watching, a push notification appears on your phone (if enabled), an email is sent (if enabled), and the product appears at the top of your Alerts feed with the new price.
Tips
- There is no limit to how many products you can watch.
- Watching is completely free.
- You can fine-tune notification settings for each individual product.
