Payments are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and keep access to the end of the period you paid for.

No. Data API and ShopSavvy for Business payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
What happens when you cancel
- You can cancel anytime. There are no further charges after you cancel.
- On a paid plan you keep full access, including your Data API credits, until the end of the period you already paid for.
- During the 14-day free trial on the Data API Starter plan or a Business plan, cancelling means you are never charged.

Where this is written down
Paid plans are governed by the ShopSavvy B2B Terms. The terms list the only exceptions: the prorated refunds the Standard Terms provide for force majeure and for the provider warranty remedy, and any refund the law requires.
