If you're curious about the Rockler Bench Cookie Risers, they're meant to give your workpieces a little extra lift, which really helps with tasks like sanding and finishing. According to the manufacturer's product description, the risers in the Rockler Bench Cookies Work Gripper Master Kit provide that extra height and clearance you'll need for various woodworking jobs.
The kit comes with a bunch of handy tools like Bench Cookie Plus Work Grippers, both standard and extra-large risers for more height, and finishing cones to keep your workpieces lifted off the bench. This reduces the chance of damage while you're finishing up.
Based on our research, people seem to love this kit for helping keep their workspace organized and protecting their workpieces. Many folks have mentioned that the Bench Cookies are great at keeping things steady due to their durable construction and non-slip surfaces, which is a plus when you're working on assembly or finishing tasks.
The risers are pretty flexible too. They fit well with dog holes on a workbench, adding stability and keeping everything still, even when you're doing things like routing, which can cause some vibrations. The finishing cones also help by lifting projects off the surface for a cleaner finish.
Although most feedback is positive, a few people have mentioned minor issues like some parts feeling a bit loose or finding the packaging a bit off. These seem to be rare, though.
Overall, the Rockler Bench Cookies Work Gripper Master Kit with its risers seems like a solid choice for anyone into woodworking, whether it's just a hobby or something more serious.
